Pulp Tray Machine Introduction
1. The machine is for making recyclable pulp molding electronic Package items.
2. The products will drop on the collection table automatically.
3. This machine has two working stations, it can make two different
types products at the same time. By changing moulds, the machine
can make many types different products.
4. The pulp tank is made from SUS304 stainless steel, which is
corrosion resistance.
5. PLC and touch screen controlled.
6. Multiple sets of forming machines can be matched in the
production line to meet different capacity.
Flow Chart Processes
| Pulping System | The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the
pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. |
| Forming System | With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be
formed on the moulds. After forming, the up mould will move forward
and drop on the collection table automatically. |
| Drying System | Natural drying or drying tunnel or single layer dryer as optional. |
| Hot press system | After dried, the products will be hot pressed to get a better shape
and smoother surface. |
