How This Production Line Works
| Pulping System | The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the
pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. |
| Forming System | With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be
formed on the moulds. After forming, the up mould will move forward
and drop on the collection table automatically. |
| Drying System | Metal drying line / sunshine drying / drying room |
| Hot press system | After dried, the products will be hot pressed to get a better shape
and smoother surface. |
