Description Of Pulp Molding Equipment
Pulp forming machine is a special equipment for making pulp fibers
into wet semi-finished paper products through controlling the time
of pulp sucking, vacuum pulp sucking and dewatering and special
molds .The wet-press shaping machine uses special mold to dry and
shape the wet semi-finished paper products by heating and
pressurizing. The finished products is with high surface density,
good strength and high finish.

edge trimming, stacking runs in one machine automatically.
- Mould plate size: 1100×800mm;
- Include one forming station + two drying/pressing station + one
trimming & stacking station.
- Forming method: Vacuum sucking (reciprocating type).
- Drying method: thermal forming (drying in mold).
- Heating by electricity or conduction oil;
