Description Of Pulp Molding Equipment
Pulp molded tableware is made form sustainable food grade virgin
paper pulp, like bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, bulrush
pulp, wheat straw pulp and other pulp.
In the process adding food grade chemical agent, forming under
dewatering, dry inside special molds, then trimming and
disifection.

- Fully automatic machine for pulp molding products. Forming, drying,
edge trimming, stacking runs in one machine automatically.
- Mould plate size: 1100×800mm;
- Include one forming station + two drying/pressing station + one
trimming & stacking station.
- Forming method: Vacuum sucking (reciprocating type).
- Drying method: thermal forming (drying in mold).
- Heating by electricity or conduction oil;
- Cycle time: around 25second for tableware products;
- Production capacity:600~1000kg/day(24h);
- All parts that contact the pulp are stainless steel.
