- The procedures of forming, drying and hot-press shaping are
completed in one machine automatically.
- After wet pressing process, products will be dry in the mould
completely.

system, a automatic forming machine, and corollary equipments.

The raw material is the clean virgin paper, like the sugarcane
bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, wood pulp and etc.

How the Production Line Works:
Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main
equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water
pump, agitator, etc.
Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the
forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the
products will be formed on the moulds.
Drying System: After forming, the tranfer moulds will move forward hot press
moulds automatically. The procedures of forming, drying and
hot-press shaping are completed in the forming machine. You can
choose Electricity / Thermo Oil to heat up the wet products.
